Welcome to OneShot Golf. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneShot app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use OneShot
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using OneShot, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Golfers and coaches
- Golfers may record swing videos, request analyses, book lessons, and message coaches through the Service.
- Coaches are independent providers who set their own pricing and availability, and are responsible for the analyses and content they deliver.
- OneShot provides the platform that connects golfers and coaches but does not itself provide coaching and is not responsible for the quality of any individual coach's advice.
4. Payments and payouts
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. When you book a lesson, you authorize the applicable charge. Coaches receive payouts, less applicable platform fees, through Stripe. Refunds, where offered, are handled according to our then-current policies and applicable law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the videos, messages, and other content you submit. You grant OneShot a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or its users.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Golf coaching involves physical activity; you participate at your own risk and should consult a professional regarding your health and fitness.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneShot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
