- Account information — name, email address, and profile details you provide when you sign up as a golfer or coach.
- Content you submit — swing videos, messages, goals, and other content you upload or send through the app.
- Coach information — for coaches, additional details such as specialties, availability, pricing, and payout setup.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage and device data — app interactions, device type, and diagnostic information used to operate and improve the service.

- To provide the core service — delivering your swing videos to coaches and their analyses back to you.
- To process payments to coaches and manage lesson bookings.
- To send notifications about lessons, messages, and account activity.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve the app's performance and features.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the service: with the coach or golfer you are interacting with, with service providers such as our cloud hosting (Firebase / Google Cloud) and payment processor (Stripe), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

- Access, update, or delete your account information from within the app.
- Request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Children's privacy
OneShot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
